Creamy Tuscan Shrimp Stuffed Salmon Dinner
🛒Ingredients :
• 4 salmon fillets
• 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp butter
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 cups fresh spinach
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
• 4 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1/2 tsp paprika
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
• Lemon slices, for garnish

1. Season the Salmon
Cut a careful pocket into each salmon fillet without slicing all the way through. Season the fillets with paprika, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
2. Make the Creamy Spinach Filling
Melt the butter in a skillet and gently sauté the garlic until fragrant. Add the spinach, cream cheese, and most of the ParmesRIan, stirring until the greens soften and the filling becomes smooth.
3. Fill and Sear
Spoon the spinach mixture into the salmon pockets, keeping the filling tucked neatly inside. Heat the olive oil in a skillet and sear the stuffed salmon until golden on both sides.
