In my personal journey combining Christian faith with Reiki healing, I've found profound peace in viewing the Trinity through a unique lens. The Father as Source Energy represents the omnipotent foundation of all creation, an ever-present force guiding us. Jesus, the Son, embodies love and sacrifice, serving as a bridge between the divine and humanity. When I meditate on His teachings, it deepens my connection to compassion and forgiveness, essential qualities in Reiki practice. The Holy Spirit, represented here as Reiki, channels healing energy that flows naturally when we open ourselves to divine guidance. Practicing Reiki with this mindset transforms it from a simple energy healing technique into a sacred act of spiritual communion. This combined perspective helped me overcome personal challenges, as embracing both faith and energy work provided holistic healing for my body, mind, and soul. I encourage others exploring spiritual healing to consider this integration, where Christian spirituality and Reiki complement each other harmoniously.
