... Read moreThe Sleepy Girl Mocktail is not just a refreshing drink; it's a comforting blend designed to improve sleep quality. Tart cherry juice is known for its natural melatonin, which helps regulate sleep cycles. Magnesium citrate adds to the calming effects, reducing anxiety and promoting relaxation. In addition to aiding sleep, this mocktail can become a nightly ritual that signals to your body it's time to wind down. The addition of poppi, a prebiotic soda, not only enhances flavor but also supports digestive health, making it a wholesome choice. To make your experience even more enjoyable, consider incorporating a calming bedtime routine alongside your mocktail, such as reading or gentle stretches. Don't forget to tailor the drink according to your taste; you can adjust the juice proportions for sweetness and tartness. Enjoying this mocktail will not only help you get restful sleep but also provide a tasty way to hydrate. Try it out tonight and share your experience with others!

If you really want to up your game, I highly recommend magnesium glycinate for sleep instead of citrate! Magnesium citrate has more of a laxative effect than anything, whereas glycinate is known to be better for improving sleep. :)
