Must work if able bodied!! Must be reviewed after 3 months!! Must not be sold for services!! Must be limited to staples/veggies. Must not be entitled, or boast!! Must have a time limit!! Must not engage in fraud! Must be drug tested!! Welfare is to help in a emergency. It should not be a way of life!! If you can't provide for your children, stop having them. Work on being independent!! Pay taxes, and contribute!! People that work full time or, more, are the ones that are doing without.
