พระจันทร์สีเลือดในวันที่ 3 มีนาคม 2569 นี้ ไม่เพียงเป็นปรากฏการณ์ธรรมชาติที่น่าตื่นตาตื่นใจ แต่ยังมีความสำคัญทางด้านจิตใจและศาสนาสำหรับคนไทย เนื่องจากวันเดียวกันนี้ตรงกับวันมาฆบูชา ซึ่งเป็นวันสำคัญที่ชาวพุทธทั่วประเทศจะร่วมกันทำบุญและระลึกถึงคำสอนของพระพุทธเจ้า จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวที่ได้เข้าร่วมพิธีในวันพระใหญ่และช่วงจันทรคราส ผมพบว่าการปฏิบัติธรรมในวันเหล่านี้ช่วยให้จิตใจสงบขึ้นมาก การตักบาตรและถวายสังฆทานยามเช้าไม่เพียงแค่เป็นการอุทิศส่วนกุศล แต่ยังเป็นการสร้างสมาธิและตั้งใจในสิ่งดีๆ ประกอบกับการฟังธรรมเทศนาและรับฟังโอวาทปาติโมกข์ ช่วยให้ผมเข้าใจบทเรียนของชีวิตและวิธีการนำปัจจัยธรรมะมาปรับใช้ในการดำเนินชีวิตมากขึ้น ในช่วงเย็น การเวียนเทียนรอบพระอุโบสถ 3 รอบ ถือเป็นการแสดงความเคารพและรำลึกถึงพระพุทธ พระธรรม และพระสงฆ์ ซึ่งทำให้เกิดความรู้สึกเชื่อมโยงและอยู่ในศรัทธาที่แน่นแฟ้นมากขึ้น นอกจากนี้ การสวดส่งพระราหูเวลา 20.17 น. หันหน้าไปทางทิศตะวันตกเฉียงเหนือ ซึ่งเป็นช่วงเวลาสำคัญของจันทรคราส ถือเป็นการปัดเป่าสิ่งไม่ดีและเสริมดวงชะตาตามความเชื่อ จึงแนะนำให้ผู้ที่สนใจเข้าร่วมสวดบทคาถานี้ 12 จบเพื่อเสริมบารมี ก่อนนอนยังมีบทสวดยันทุน ที่ช่วยป้องกันลางนิมิตไม่ดีและสิ่งอัปมงคล มีผู้ที่ปฏิบัติแล้วรู้สึกว่าความกังวลและความหวาดกลัวถูกบรรเทาลง ทำให้หลับได้อย่างสงบ และสามารถเผชิญกับวันใหม่ด้วยความมั่นใจ บทสวดแผ่เมตตาเพื่อเจ้ากรรมนายเวร ก็เป็นอีกหนึ่งความเชื่อที่ช่วยปลดปล่อยความรู้สึกด้านลบและเสริมพลังบวกให้จิตใจ คนที่ทำเสมอๆ บอกว่าช่วยให้รู้สึกมีความสุขใจและลดความขัดแย้งในชีวิตได้ดี ท้ายสุด ขอแนะนำให้เขียนคำขอพรโดยระบุชื่อ วันเดือนปีเกิดและข้อความบอกความตั้งใจ เช่น ขอให้บุญกุศลช่วยปัดเป่าสิ่งที่ไม่ดี เปลี่ยนร้ายเป็นดี รวมถึงขอให้เทพยดาคุ้มครองดวงชะตา สิ่งนี้ช่วยให้มีสมาธิและตั้งใจรักษาจิตใจให้ดีขึ้นในวันสำคัญนี้ จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัว รู้สึกว่าวันพระจันทร์สีเลือดและวันมาฆบูชานี้เป็นโอกาสที่ดีในการเริ่มต้นสิ่งใหม่ๆ ด้วยจิตใจที่แจ่มใส พร้อมเปิดรับสิ่งดีๆ ที่จะเข้ามาในชีวิต ซึ่งไม่จำเป็นต้องกลัวแต่ควรมองเป็นโอกาสแห่งการเปลี่ยนแปลงและเติบโตทางจิตใจอย่างแท้จริง
