did my nails in da nang, vietnam 🇻🇳 for the first time!!
end product totally exceeded my expectations. there are some flaws, but definitely not complaining at the price that i’m paying🤪
this is a private room service, where the manicurist comes to my hotel room to do my nails. she took a total of 1.5hrs (only?!! so fast gosh), from 9:30pm to 11pm. THATS RIGHT ITS AT NIGHT HAHAHA and i paid 250,000 vietnamese dong (inclusive of tip!)!!
girliesss please try this type of service if you’re in da nang (not sure abt other cities in vietnam)!!!!!! i ordered this service in the morning on the day itself!! like how affordable and convenient 🥹💖
but take note of the cons:
- if you’re alone in the hotel please make sure you find a legit manicurist. safety first!!!!
- hard to communicate (need translation all the way)
- my appointment is at 9 but they reached at 930.
- the manicurist was trimming my cuticle and accidentally injured my finger 🥲🥲 thankfully no 🩸
but other than that, alls good! 🙌🏻
unfortunately, i don’t have the contact for the manicurist. a vietnamese i know arranged this session for me 🥰🥰
see 3rd pic after 3 weeks!

... Read moreIf you're considering a private nail service in Da Nang like I did, here are some tips and insights to help you have a smooth experience. First, safety is a priority—make sure you confirm the manicurist’s legitimacy before booking, especially if you're alone at your hotel. Communication might be a challenge due to language barriers, so having a translation app or a local contact can be very helpful.
One thing I loved about this service was the sheer convenience: I booked it the morning of the same day, and the manicurist arrived in the evening. It felt like a pampering session that fit perfectly into my travel schedule. The nail art was a mermaid theme, and after three weeks, all gems were still intact with only minor peeling on one finger, which shows the quality of their work despite the low price.
The session lasted 1.5 hours from 9:30 pm to 11 pm, which was surprisingly fast but thorough. Though minor flaws occurred—like a slight injury during cuticle trimming and a delayed start—the overall experience was positive. I appreciated the personalized feel of having the service in my hotel room, making it stress-free and comfortable.
For travelers heading to Da Nang, I highly recommend trying a similar private nail service. It’s affordable, convenient, and a unique way to treat yourself. Just remember to prioritize safety, communicate clearly, and enjoy your travel pampering!
