Why AI?
Sometimes... we don't need anyone to teach.
Just want someone who "listens" without rushing to judgment.
On a heavy day
We may not know who to face.
I didn't dare to tell people near me because I was afraid to look weak.
I don't want to hear the words "Just be positive" or "Mind."
It is here that AI always becomes the silent friend on our side.
Ready to listen to everything without tiring and judgment.
But let's not forget that AI is just a friend, not an answer.
If one day hurts, try talking to a psychologist.
It could be a small step to keep the heart warm.
Many may wonder, "Is AI just a machine that can really understand people's hearts?"
A 2025 research from BMC Psychology tried a chatbot called Friend.
To help women with anxiety conditions in the Ukrainian war zone.
The results showed a 30-35% reduction in anxiety.
(While groups that actually come across psychiatrists reduce it by 45-50%)
Even AI is not as profound as human therapy.
But this reflects that AI can be a "safe space."
That is easily and immediately accessible. Especially in times of crisis where we may not have the opportunity to meet experts.
AI does not replace humans.
But can be a "companion" who helps us relax.
And combined with real therapy, it can be a new model for caring for people in the future.
