As someone who identifies as an Eyekon, I completely relate to the exhaustion that comes with repeatedly hearing hurtful or inaccurate comments. From people questioning the loyalty and talent of the group members to misunderstandings about individual personalities and backgrounds, these misconceptions can be draining. One of the most frustrating things I've noticed is how often fans get judged unfairly based on hearsay. For example, hearing "Sophia is a bad leader" or "Megan is only funny because she’s dyslexic" completely misses the complexity and genuine talents they bring to the group. These comments not only undermine their hard work but also perpetuate harmful stereotypes. I’ve also seen harsh remarks targeting KATSEYE members, with some saying they should never have been in the group. From my experience, these criticisms often come from jealousy or misunderstandings rather than constructive feedback. Supporting the group means appreciating all the members’ strengths and recognizing their collective effort. It's important for fans and outsiders alike to look beyond the surface and appreciate the diversity and dynamics within Eyekon. Everyone has their own style and contribution that makes the group unique and interesting. Instead of focusing on negativity, sharing positive support helps foster a more welcoming and understanding fan community.
