Snow Day Morning 📖☕️

With my daughter off at daycare and the house being quiet, it was a no brainer to spend the morning finishing up my book.

I've been trying to make more time for myself but between Winnie being sick for the past week, work, trying to stay on top of housework and getting any measure of sleep in, it's been hard. Not to mention the mom guilt I feel for not being able to spend as much time with her as I'd like.

I'm doing my best to remind myself that I can't pour from an empty cup, so I'm filling mine up with hot coffee and some much needed rest before starting my day.

What are some ways you guys like to take care of yourselves on a rest day?
