Are these still good to eat?

I bought the cup shrimp noodles and idk why but something told me to look at the shrimp and I discovered this long black vein in all of the shrimp that were in the cup. These ended up in the trash after I saw this bc I didn’t know if I should be eating this or not and google is saying it has something to do with poop.
