I’ve been working on a project and thought it might be cool to document the process of its creation. Y’all, coding is a CHALLENGE!!! I spend hourssss trying to figure out what works sometimes and usually have to just walk away from the laptop and take a break 🤦🏾♀️
But when it runs properly it’s the best feeling in the world 🥳 until you run it again and it breaks for no reason 😒
Anyway today I’m talking about dependencies, which are packages you need to add all the cool features to your app. These dependencies have tons of versions and they’re not all compatible with each other. There are templates out there you can use to start your app that include a package.json file with all the necessary dependencies, but if like me, you’re coding a unique app that requires a special touch✨you might want to find your dependencies yourself.
Remember to take breaks and breathe when you do this process because it is frustrating as heck!! But honestly GitHub copilot will become your best friend while doing this 😂
