I've visited in different seasons, and while the lush green of summer is fantastic for spotting all those fascinating fungi, seeing it in a winter forest with fewer leaves on the trees offers a different kind of stark beauty, allowing more light to reach the forest floor. Just be mindful of slippery conditions if it's wet or icy. Definitely bring your camera because every turn offers a postcard-worthy shot, from close-ups of delicate lichen to wide views of the falls. Remember to pack water and perhaps a snack to enjoy by the falls. It’s truly a wonderful way to connect with nature and witness one of Lake Glenville's most beautiful secrets.
