It utilizes programming languages like Python, Ruby, and Node.js to create APIs, process requests, and handle data storage in databases like MySQL and MongoDB. A solid understanding of backend technologies is vital for developers to create scalable and secure web applications. Many developers choose to specialize in either frontend or backend, but full-stack developers possess skills in both areas, allowing them to build complete web applications.
