I may not ever be the same mentally because, it has finally caught up with me & I am now having to deal with the years of having to do things in this life that I didn’t want to do or had to & it mentally took a toll on me.. I never had a moment to remember that I could be in flight it was always fight mode that I had to be on because, that’s all I ever had & it was my safe space. but, no matter what happens on the outside of my body.. I will always try to remember in my head & heart that I overcame so many things & obstacles in this life time that I can be proud of myself & my son, my future generations & family will never forget that I was the reason why they will always have the fight inside of them & remember me as their example in life to never quit & always have faith in themselves. I changed my cycle for myself and my son because he deserved a mother I never had.. that was the only thing that made me keep going was for him no matter what happened he will always remember that his mother was there & she never quit on him.. when life was never good to me I still remember to do the right thing to be the best example I could leave behind for him & no one or nothing will ever be able to take that from me.. when many people were there to knock me down and I had to take it.. I always got back up and keep going and my mental health was not my priority but at this point in my life and I don’t know how to deal with the new reality that comes with the consequences of being diagnosis with my mental illnesses but I am grateful for the people and the resources that I have to be able to get through this.. I know I will never stop loving myself and get the help I need to get better because it is not in me to quit.. I didn’t come this far to stop now you all know me better than that.. #💪🏼♥️🌹 #veteran #mentalhealth #proudofmyself #ocd #ptsd #tbi #adhd #aniexty #depression #roses #neverquit
