Life lately

Hey everyone! It’s been a minute, so I wanted to pop in with a little life update. Things have been a wonderful mix of routine and discovery lately, and I’m excited to share some snippets of what’s been filling my days. Lately, I’ve been really committed to my fitness routine. You know how much I love hitting the gym, and it’s been feeling extra good to get those endorphins flowing. I’ve been experimenting with different workouts, really pushing myself with those black dumbbells and trying out new exercises with the colorful kettlebells. There's nothing quite like the feeling of a good pump, right? It’s not just about the physical, though; it’s such a great way to clear my head and destress. Music has been my constant companion, especially during my commutes. My car's infotainment screen has been a portal to some fantastic new discoveries, but also a place for comforting old favorites. I recently had "Speyside" by Bon Iver on repeat – it just perfectly matched the vibe of a chilly morning with a frosted windshield. There's something about a good soundtrack that makes even mundane tasks feel a bit more cinematic. Speaking of tasks, even my shopping trips have their moments! I recently loaded up my red shopping cart with all the essentials – cleanser, body wash, toothpaste, mouthwash, and some lovely cream to keep my skin happy through the changing weather. It’s those small acts of self-care that really make a difference in my day-to-day well-being. Winter has definitely made its presence known here. I caught this beautiful moment of a snowy residential street with a pink-hued sky that just felt magical. It reminds me to appreciate the beauty around me, even in the colder months. And at home, my furry little orange cat has been embracing the cozy vibes, often found sleeping soundly, curled up on a beige blanket on the sofa, with a city view stretching out beyond the window. Those quiet moments with my pet are truly gold. I also managed to squeeze in some time exploring. I stumbled upon this incredibly unique store – seriously, it had chandeliers and a cool wall mural! I love finding little gems like that. You know I can't resist a good browse, especially when there are interesting finds, maybe even some quirky matches. And when I’m just chilling at home, it's often with a comfy brown textured shirt over a white tee and grey sweatpants, phone and car keys nearby, ready for whatever the day brings. Sometimes, it’s just me unwinding, feet in white socks resting on the sofa, with the TV displaying a game menu for a casual gaming session. Recently, I also got to indulge my love for nostalgia. I saw this incredible display case filled with vintage advertisements and memorabilia, especially a lot of old Coca-Cola branding from different eras. It’s fascinating to see how things have evolved over time and the stories these old pieces tell. So that’s a quick peek into my world lately!
