One of the simplest yet most impactful habits is changing underwear daily. This not only ensures personal freshness but also helps prevent infections and discomfort. Incorporating daily walks into your routine serves as both a physical and mental reset, boosting your mood and energy. Maintaining a clean and organized room influences your mindset significantly—it creates a calm environment that fosters productivity and relaxation. Regularly throwing away junk food supports better nutrition and helps avoid unhealthy snacking, complementing your physical care routine. Taking intentional breaks away from screens for activities like doodling encourages mindfulness and creativity, essential for mental health. The detailed morning schedule from waking up, hydrating, stretching, to balancing skincare showcases how structured self-care can set a positive tone for the day. For skincare, rather than piling on multiple products, using a simple face cream or Vaseline maintains natural skin health while keeping the routine manageable. Balancing study, work out, social time, and free moments reflects a holistic approach to living cleanly—not only physically but socially and emotionally as well. Even evening routines such as face masks and showers act as winding-down rituals, signaling the body to relax and prepare for restful sleep. In my experience, embracing these daily habits gradually helped me feel more energized and organized, reducing stress and improving my self-image. Small steps like promptly putting dirty clothes in the laundry and making your bed contribute to a bigger picture of discipline and care that positively impact both your physical appearance and mental tone throughout the day.

Ok but no skincare for just a day can break me out so I don’t know unless you genuinely don’t need it but you should at least be washing your face
