you're probably like JUST TELL ME what you did. okay so i discovered something insane about silence and transformation. everyone thinks you need to talk it out but i figured out when you go silent and glow up they start creating narratives. when i fixed what was keeping my body stuck and didn't respond to any of his messages he started telling mutual friends we're "figuring things out." babe i blocked you. my blog has the whole method bc there's actual steps but basically when your body changes and you're silent they can't handle not knowing. if you want him telling people you might get back together, this is what i figured out makes them delusional. real talk, is he telling people a different story than what's actually happening? bc the lies they tell when you're winning are insane.
