girl i KNOW. you're sitting here like okay WHAT is this method and why does it sound fake. trust me i thought the same thing when i first discovered it last december when my face was getting puffier every week and everyone kept asking if i was "enjoying the holidays" (aka getting fatter). you know that feeling when you're taking christmas photos and your face looks so round you want to delete them all? or when you avoid family gatherings bc you know your relatives will comment on how "healthy" you look? that was me every single holiday season. gaining weight in my face while everyone posted their perfect holiday photos. the worst part is you KNOW it's coming. you know december hits and your face just... expands. but here's what i discovered - my method is so stupidly simple i was mad i didn't figure it out sooner. your face doesn't have to get puffy during the holidays. it can actually get slimmer. i wrote all about what i discovered in my newest blog post because it's too detailed for here but basically, your face holds onto weight during winter for a specific reason and once you stop that thing, everything changes. i'm talking days, not months. my face got slimmer DURING the holidays while everyone else was spiraling. if you're dreading december bc you know what it does to your face, read what i figured out. you'll be annoyed you didn't discover this last year.
