you're sitting here like okay cool but what's the ACTUAL method. i was asking that same question before i figured it out. my method is stopping what makes your face puffy when you wake up instead of accepting it as normal. i discovered your face holds onto fluid and fat overnight bc of one biological trigger. when i turned off that trigger my face depuffed in 12 days and mornings became completely different. i stopped waking up puffy, my face stayed defined all day, suddenly i could take morning selfies. my blog explains what i discovered, how it works, why mornings were the worst. it's so simple which is why some girls wake up with snatched faces naturally. if you avoid mirrors in the morning bc your face is so swollen, this is what you're missing. question: do you look worse as the day goes on? like you wake up puffy and it just gets puffier? bc that was my pattern before i fixed this.
