you're sitting here like okay cool but does it ACTUALLY work. i was skeptical too before i tried it myself. my method is stopping what makes your face store fat in your cheeks and chin instead of doing face exercises that don't target fat. i discovered you can't exercise away face fat bc the problem is internal not muscular. when i addressed the internal cause my face transformed in 12 days. my cheeks hollowed out, my chin defined, suddenly i had bone structure i didn't know existed. my blog has the full method bc there's specific things you target internally. but if you're doing face yoga and seeing zero results, you need this approach. who's spent hours doing face exercises that did absolutely nothing? bc i wasted 6 months on that before i discovered what actually works.
