Red Wine Braised Short Ribs for My Firefighter Hero Ingredients:
4 bone-in beef short ribs (perfect for a hearty meal after a long shift!)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
4 garlic cloves, smashed
2 cups red wine (because a firefighter deserves the best)
2 cups beef broth
1 tbsp tomato paste
2 sprigs rosemary
2 sprigs thyme
Salt & pepper to taste

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
