Art from my trip to Bangkok📍
This was drawn in the garden/greenhouse when I had a connecting layover in Doha International Airport. This area was so beautiful this is by far my favorite airport I’ve ever been to.
I want to start doing more drawings this way as it helps me with drawing backgrounds and building depth to my art.
Bangkok is known for its vibrant culture and art scene, significantly influencing travelers and artists alike. On my trip, I discovered that the airport itself can be a place of creativity. Doha International Airport stands out not just as a transit point, but as an inspirational venue filled with botanical gardens and artistic displays that encourage creativity. The experience of drawing in diverse settings can be transformative. Utilizing elements like natural light, interesting backgrounds, and the hustle and bustle of travel can elevate your artwork. Techniques such as capturing shadows, using perspective for depth, and incorporating local themes can enrich your drawings. Artists can find unique inspiration anywhere, whether it's in bustling city streets, serene landscapes, or even busy airports. Moreover, sharing your art on platforms like Lemon8 allows for community engagement where fellow artists and travelers exchange ideas and experiences. Don’t hesitate to explore, document, and share your artistic journey as it can inspire others to discover their creative voices. Remember to leverage hashtags and forums related to travel and art to reach a larger audience and foster connections with like-minded individuals.
