Blaze is absolutely wonderful and extremely handsome with a kind soul and a temperament you would expect from a gelding. He is not your average colt! Whether you want to halter him and take him into a stall for the night, or you want to walk him around obstacles, this boy will do it.
At a young 3 years of age, Blaze has proven to be quite a gentleman. He has all the right things going for him in his youth and has a recent confirmed take on our mare, Jolene with a foal due spring 2026.
Blaze loves to be around you, enjoys scratches, and is otherwise very well behaved. He does get a little vocal and excitable around mares, but has not had to be chained to lead and often leads on a soft line. He even was extremely careful walking with me when I busted my knee, walked quietly beside me with his head lowered, being cautious about matching my pace, and even checked in with me when I'd stop or gimp a little more during a step. He did not pull on me, go faster than me, or act in any other way than an honorable gentleman.
He has had some ground work done and continues to be handled. He will come to you to be caught, leads (even slowly with me while I had my knee injury), can be led around the obstacles, and can be loaded in the trailer. Whether you want to take him to the barn or go around obstacles, this boy will do it on a halter and has a great disposition.
As a yearling, he would cut cattle on his own and seemed to really enjoy it. Although we do not have cattle here, he may have wonderful potential to be an/Cleveland ything he puts his mind to. With a clean slate, you can take him in many directions and is bound to turn a profit for you.
