anatomy study tips +study resources 🌟🫀💫

anatomy has to be one of my favorite subjects I've taken to this day! I loved learning in-depth about the human body and how it works, but it can be a little heavy to learn so I wanted to share some tips that I used 🌟

💫 1. With the amount of memorization that goes into learning anatomy, it can get a little tedious, so mix up your study techniques. try using active recall, making up silly mnemonics, explaining the concept to yourself like you are a third grader, teaching the concept to friends/pets, etc

💫 2. lecture slides are not usually the easiest to read but all the important info is on them. if your professor doesn't freely hand them out, I would suggest specifically asking for them because they can be what makes and breaks your grade. they also help speed up the process when reviewing for exams, taking notes, and making your flashcards.

💫 3. Anatomy relies heavily on being able to remember a lot of vocabulary, so practicing recalling them will help make it easier to remember and show you your weak spots. Work through practice tests and problems to get help to reinforce concepts.
