FRESH OKRAโ€™S RECIPE: (Bhindi Toryaa) cooking with few ingredients. โ€œVegetarian dishesโ€

Ingredients and Instructions for cooking Bhindi Toryaa (Fresh Okraโ€™s) are here;

2 pounds of fresh Okraโ€™s (Bhindi Toryaa) wash, soaked and cut slightly at the front and rear end!

2 large onions or 3 medium sized. Peel, chopped

1 teaspoon of tomato paste

1 medium size fresh tomato

1 teaspoon of salt or as per taste

1 teaspoon of cumin seeds (Zeera)

1/2 teaspoon of red chili or as per taste

1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder (Haldi)

1/2 teaspoon of all seasoning powder

5 to 6 cloves of garlic

3 to 4 tablespoons of oil

5 to 6 long green chili (Optional)

Handful of fresh cilantro (for garnish) at end

1 cup of water or as needed to cook

Add oil, let it get heated and cumin seeds (Zeera) and chopped onion and cook until golden brown and add cut okra's (Bhindi Toryaa) fry them (without using water)! Add all other ingredients and fry until 5 minutes and add 1 cup of water and cook for until water dries out and check if fully cooked (tender) if not tender yet just add more water and cook until tender and garnish with fresh chopped cilantro and check the salt if necessary add as per taste and covered the cooked vegetables and turn off the flame/fire and serve over rice or eat with naanโ€™s/roti.
