HOW TO MAKE SPICY CHICKEN BIRYAN’S

Easy to make Spicy Chicken Biryani using readymade Shan or any other brand mixed masala. Chicken Biryani’s, Indian, Pakistan, Bangladeshi Recipe.

How to cook Muragh (Chicken) Biryani’s Asian food, India, Pakistan and Bangladesh popular food dish cook with few steps, with mixed (ready made Biryani’s Masala, and how to food coloring for beautification purposes.

Ingredients and instructions as follows;

1 Kilograms of chicken, (Murgh) cut into pieces; as needed

1 cup of plain yogurt;

Ready made Spicy Biryani’s masala 1 packet;

1 medium onion, peeled and chopped;

4 to 5 tablespoons of oil/ghee or as needed

Get a small bowl and add yogurt and Biryani’s mixed masala in yogurt and mix it together; (keep it separate).

Get big pot and add oil/ghee’s and chopped onions, let it cook till onion is golden brown and add chicken and stir and add Yogurt mix ingredients and mix it, leave it until tender;

Boiling plain rice in a big pot with water.

2 cups of plain rice, (Long Grain Basmati Rice preferred) 10 to 12 cups of water;

1 teaspoon of salt; (While boiling Rice).

Boil rice until 3/4 cooked. Remove and drain thoroughly. Spread half rice in a pot and pour chicken (meat) curry on top with remaining rice.

Coloring the rice (Beautification Purposes)

It can be added to a water or use directly on top of the rice after draining the water.

Sprinkle a pinch of Egg Yellow food color or Orange food color. (As per availability), or desired food color is always “optional”

Cover and cook on low heat until rice’s are tender (20 minutes) mix before serving.

Serve with Mint Sauce, Cucumber Raita or Goat/Lamb/ Beef or Chicken curry and Salad. As per desired.

Cooking time varies depending on the quantity and the arrangement of pot and preparation of the other ingredients, flame/fire and other elements. Normally cooking time is 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours.
