Rice and black beans mix dish ready 50 minutes🌸🍋🌸🍋

Spanish, Latino Cuisine”. Ready within 45 to 50 minutes.

Ingredients and instructions for making black bean mixed rice. “Spanish, Latino Food Dish”

2 cans of black beans

2 cups of white rice

3 ½ cups of water

1 medium onion

4 to 5 cloves of garlic

3 colored bell pepper

15 to 20 green olives (Optional)

Handful of fresh cilantro

2 bushes of scallions (green onion)

1 package of Suzzone (Spanish Seasoning)

1 teaspoon of salt or as per taste

1 teaspoon of all purpose seasoning

4 tablespoons of oil

Fry onion and add all the ingredients including black beans and add rice and water

(NOTE: Add everything to the pot (pot/pan) must be large enough to cook all the ingredients together).

Cook until water dries out and keep it covered in the stove for 25 to 30 minutes (very slow flame) steaming style. Uncovered after 25 to 30 minutes and mixed well and served warm.
