It could be anything – the warm sun peeking through my window, a good night's sleep, or even just the delicious aroma of my coffee brewing. Sometimes I jot them down in a little journal, or simply say them out loud as a personal affirmation. This simple act immediately sets a positive tone, shifting my focus from what I have to do to what I get to do. It really helps me to 'affirm with me' and embrace the day with an open heart.
