How do you create your reality?
How do you create your reality?
Continued from yesterday.
The second step in changing your life is where real creation begins.
Once awareness, accountability, and responsibility are in place you gain access to the one process that quietly builds your reality every day. Thoughts, emotions, actions, and results. AKA the T.E.A.R. Method.
You do not control your thoughts. Trying to control them only creates resistance. What you do have is influence. And influence is far more powerful than control.
Every thought you engage with sends information into your body. That information creates chemical compounds that becomes emotions. Those emotions create momentum. Momentum drives the actions you take. Actions always produce results. And those results become the life you experience. Your reality.
This is not philosophy. It is how your nervous system works. The life you are living today is the result of the thoughts you repeatedly influence or ignore.
Most people live unconsciously here. Thoughts run in the background unchecked. Emotions rise without understanding. Actions repeat by habit. Results feel accidental. Nothing is wrong with them. They are simply unaware of the sequence.
When you become mindful of what you are thinking most of the time you reclaim your creative power. You stop reacting and start choosing. You stop blaming outcomes and start shaping them.
Change does not require forcing positive thoughts or suppressing negative ones. It requires noticing. Redirecting. Practicing influence one moment at a time.
This is where you move from observer to creator.
This is where life stops happening to you and starts moving through you.
You are not here to control the masterpiece.
You are here to create it.

In my personal journey of creating my reality, I found that simply being aware of the T.E.A.R. process—Thoughts, Emotions, Actions, and Results—was a game changer. Initially, I thought controlling my thoughts meant suppressing negative ones, but I quickly learned that trying to force control creates resistance instead. What truly helped me was embracing influence over control. Every time I noticed a thought creeping in, I acknowledged it without judgment and redirected my focus gently, which began to shift my emotional state. This emotional shift naturally propelled me into taking different actions. For example, when I felt anxious about a project, instead of pushing the anxiety away, I identified the underlying thoughts fueling it. This practice allowed me to produce a calmer emotional momentum, leading me to approach tasks proactively rather than reactively. One powerful insight was understanding the biological aspect behind this—how thoughts trigger chemical changes in the body that influence emotions and behaviors. Realizing this connection helped me stay patient with my process since change required consistent noticing and redirecting, one moment at a time. Living unconsciously, as many do, means letting these cycles run unchecked, leading to habitual actions and results that feel accidental. But by becoming mindful and accountable for my internal dialogue, I reclaimed creative power. I stopped blaming external circumstances and started shaping my outcomes through internal choices. A practical tip I recommend is to keep a daily journal focused on your internal thoughts and emotions aligned with your goals. Writing them down increased my awareness and strengthened my influence over the mental patterns that form my experience. Remember, creating your reality is less about controlling every moment and more about becoming an active participant in your life's masterpiece. You’re not here to control life perfectly but to actively create the flow of your experience with presence and intention.
