This is my 2000 Nissan xterra. Runs and drives good and has a title. It is by no means perfect but I’ve put a lot of work into it. And it has a sunroof! Not that anyone needs a sunroof in the winter. 4X4 works.
New: super start battery, intake boot, fuel pump, fuel pump sock, fuel filter, serpentine belts, temp sensor, speed sensor, throttle cable, transmission has been serviced fluid and filter, rear differential serviced with new limited slip gear oil. Front differential has been serviced and the transfer case has been serviced. Fresh engine oil and filter. All less then 500 miles ago.
Cons: needs the rear view mirror put on. Has some rocker rust and some cosmetic damage (pictured). The brakes work good but are a little spongy as of now but I will be looking into it. It is an older vehicle and will require future repairs I’m sure like any car. Sold as is. This thing has a lot of life left in it especially if it’s taken proper care of.

A significant selling point of this Xterra is its extensive recent maintenance. Critical components such as the super start battery, intake boot, fuel pump and sock, fuel filter, serpentine belts, temperature sensor, speed sensor, and throttle cable have all been replaced within the last 500 miles. This level of upkeep suggests the vehicle is well cared for and ready for immediate use.
Additionally, the transmission has undergone fluid and filter servicing, which is crucial for prolonging the lifespan of the drivetrain. Both front and rear differentials have been serviced, including the rear limited slip gear oil replacement, ensuring optimal performance in varying driving conditions. The transfer case has also been maintained, vital for proper 4x4 function.
While this Xterra shows signs of age, such as rocker rust and some cosmetic damage, these do not significantly affect its performance. The brakes are reported to function well, although described as a little spongy, indicating potential for a minor tune-up in the near future.
