So so so thankful for @swiftptandperformance, they are literally the best in the game! My shoulder started feeling off yesterday and I chalked it up to me just maybe pinching a nerve. Fast forward to this morning, I was in so much pain! I immediately had my husband get in contact with Dr. Saqib habib, and without hesitation he took me in and quickly fixed me up! If you are in the Jersey area and are in need of a PT go see this man!!!!

Now to take it easy over the next few days while I heal! 💛
