Additionally, engaging in enjoyable activities like reading, listening to music, or working on a hobby can distract you from negative feelings and elevate your mood. Remember to be kind to yourself. It’s normal to experience ups and downs, and by recognizing that today is just one part of your journey, you can adopt a more positive outlook.
