How I prioritize my health during conference trips
Visiting new places for conferences can be super cool! It’s can however, be hard to prioritize fitness and health. Some ways to still get some movement in is to do walking tours, visit gyms in the area or the rec center at the campus if it’s on campus! Also trying new classes you never tried! F
