I've always struggled with self-confidence & allowing myself to feel happy. Sometimes, it is honestly faking it until you make it! Here are a couple of things I do often to make myself sparkle!!!
1. Do self-care!!
Allow to give yourself a break and some "me time"
2. Cleanse yourself.
This can look differently for everyone' put your phone down, stop texting, get off your favorite app, AND LIVE!!!
3. Journal and allow for reflection.
I have made it a priority to journal this year.it is so relaxing and almost freeing journaling after a long day.
