this has definitely became more relaxing than stressful for me. I love sweets and breads so I started baking all sorts of things! I'm better at baking than cooking supper 😂 so this is what I find relaxing and fun. I have depression, bipolar, and anxiety and this is just something that makes me happy and gets me through 🥰

🧡Batter: Mix 1 1/2 cups of flour, 1 1/2 tsp baking powder, & 1/2 tsp salt together. Set aside. Beat together 1/2 cup butter, 1/2 cup sugar, & 2 tsp vanilla extract until smooth. Then beat in 2 eggs. Slowly add in flour mixture & 1/2 cup of milk until well combined. Set aside.
