Story Time: Imelda Staunton Meet
This was literally the best day of my life and definitely the highlight of my summer!
This summer I was able to have the opportunity to do a summer course at LSE in London. Since I love going to plays and musicals I often found myself wandering around the West End, which is essentially the Broadway of England. I saw the sign for Hello Dolly and saw her name and knew I had to see it. I thought tickets would be impossible but I got mine for ÂŖ15, but obviously it wasnât the best view.
After the show I stood by the stage door with a bunch of other people and just waited with the program I had bought. She was super sweet when she came out and was trying to sign everyoneâs booklets. She was amazing in the show too so if youâre in London I definitely recommend you see it!
