Give A Shoutout to Your Favorite Local Places!!

Personally every summer when I go to the beach I always stop by Woodman’s which is now a lot more touristy but still really good. It’s been such a summer staple for so long, and when I first got rid of my seafood allergy this is the first place my parents took me. As someone who grew up in New England having clam chowder for the first time was a really big deal and this is where I had it.

Other than Woodman’s I also have a spot a lot closer to me called Lloyd’s Diner which is super cool because it’s in an old train dining car and they’ve built off of it. They’re a cash only spot and I swear their staff hasn’t changed in the twenty years I’ve been alive.

So what about you, what are your favorite local spots and why? What makes you go back to that spot time and time again, is it nostalgia or are they just that good?
