Trolleys in Lisbon, Portugal 🇵🇹

Lisbon was absolutely stunning but my favorite part was riding around on the old trolley cars! Of course they have newer ones throughout the city as well but I think having a couple running with the more classic design adds to the city’s charm.

They definitely can get very crowded if you ride them during the busy hours so make sure to go either during the off times or get on at the less popular stops. But if riding one is too intimidating, they look just as beautiful on the outside and you can check the routes to see when one might pass by!

Best day trip from Lisbon

One of the best things we did while visiting Lisbon was taking a day trip to Sintra and Cabo da Roca. Sintra is only 40 minutes from Lisbon, but it feels like a completely different world. Hilltop palaces, misty forests, whimsical gardens, and some of the most unique architecture in Portugal.
