The Honest Review - 3 ways to use pumpkin
Hey y’all!!
I got a free pumpkin from my local fair and I wanted to make the must out of it this time of the month, yes normally we paint pumpkins or carve them but I waste 0 of this pumpkin.
How did I do this?
I started with toasted my pumpkin seeds @ 350 degrees until I got my desired crunch. I seasons with garlic, salt, and olive oil. While those baked I used 1 half of the pumpkin to create a pumpkin purée. After this, I use the other half of my pumpkin and made a one pot meal out of produce I had in my house already!
This was super fun and truly the first time I ever thought to use the whole pumpkin.
