Sunday Vibes
Yall I’m just a born and raised Southern Baptist trying to make it in a Spirit filled, Spirit led church! This morning I knew church was going to be good because every obstacle came up to get in the doors! But man….it was GOOD. But as the Spirit is leading and one starts speaking in tongues and one starts powerfully interpreting, my Southern Baptist roots told me to gather my stuff and RUN 😂 so as I’m reminding myself that this is Biblical and is a powerful message straight from God, Kalynn starts scooting closer and says “I’m scared. This is scary.” And I was reminded that the presence of God IS SCARY! It’s powerful and it’s something that most of us are not used to feeling! But that is why God can handle ANYTHING I throw at him…all my big emotions, and all of my problems that I see no solutions for! Because he is POWERFUL! He is not some timid god that I have to watch my words to and try not to hurt his feelings! He is scary powerful!!
