Life couldn’t get much weirder for Anne. Her boyfriend was her pillow a few months ago. Nothing can top that. Unfortunately, Anne wasn’t counting on the rule of small numbers, or Ori, previously her pillow, loving their goldfish that much, and now she has an another man living in their apartment.

Will this intrepid duo become a trio? Is that even possible considering Anne is touch averse, Carl was literally a goldfish and still learning how to be a human, and Ori…Ori’s obsessed with the omegaverse.
As with the prior book in the series, “Double Stuffed” was a fun read! It was wild throughout, and even though you can kind of tell where it’s going, Morrow is still able to surprise us with a few minor plot points.
I could not give it, in good faith, less than three stars. To do so would be a slap in the face of crazy. And though I am comfortable looking crazy in the eye and calling crazy by its name, I am not comfortable enough to touch crazy.
That being said, I was not a fan of Ori’s alpha (not like that) characterization. He came off more as a douchebag that Anne should be running from. Not a protector or provider, as is traditionally held in more traditional omegaverse alphas. Granted, this was Ori’s portrayal of an alpha based on the fanfiction he read, so he really must have been reading the bottom-of-the-barrel stuff. Someone get that pillow-man better AO3 recommendations.
