3 Limited Seoul Edition Serums by Mary & May

I was able to see why they’re such a popular brand when I was first introduced to them a couple of months ago. I was super intrigued because I thought the one serum would be blackberry scented, and blackberry is one of my fav scents. But these are fragrance free, and I can’t complain about that as someone who has scent sensitivities. But I also love that the retinol/Bakuchiol formula was also a nice and gentle formulation that was creamy. Their niacinamide triple vitamin serum was also lovely! All were super gentle formulations that my sensitive skin could handle.

I love that the products are also free of colorants. The blackberry serum is fantastic and features Idebenone, which is another antioxidant. This trio of products were lightweight, but still managed to be hydrating enough for my skin to keep the flakiness I can sometimes get at bay. So I say that this trio is dry skin approved! You can get all three of these limited edition serums on ohmybeloved.com!

... Read moreBuilding on my initial impressions of Mary & May's incredible Seoul Edition serums, I wanted to dive deeper into why this trio has become a staple for my sensitive, sometimes flaky skin. While I briefly touched upon their gentleness and hydrating power, there's so much more to appreciate about these limited-edition gems, especially for those of us cautious about what we put on our faces. Let’s break down each of these fantastic serums, as seen in the stunning OCR details: First up, the Mary & May Retinol 0.1% + Bakuchiol Serum. For anyone with sensitive skin, the word ‘retinol’ can often trigger alarm bells. However, this formulation, with its gentle 0.1% retinol, is expertly paired with Bakuchiol, a plant-derived alternative known for its similar age-defying benefits without the typical irritation. I've found this serum to be incredibly creamy and soothing, helping to address fine lines and skin texture without causing any redness or dryness. It's truly a game-changer for introducing retinol into a sensitive skin routine. The VEGAN formula also ensures a clean approach to anti-aging. Next, the Mary & May Idebenone + Blackberry Cica Complex Serum. This was the one that first intrigued me due to the blackberry, and while it's fragrance-free, its benefits are truly delightful. The star here is Idebenone 1.000 ppm, a powerful antioxidant known for its ability to protect the skin from environmental stressors and improve overall radiance. Paired with the soothing power of CICA PDRN and CICA Exosome, this serum has been instrumental in calming my skin and reducing any flakiness. It's like a protective shield that also brightens and evens out my skin tone. The Blackberry Complex adds a lovely touch, contributing to its antioxidant prowess. Finally, the Mary & May Rice Niacin 10% + Triple Vitamin Serum. Niacinamide is a powerhouse ingredient, and at 10%, this serum effectively tackles concerns like uneven skin tone, enlarged pores, and skin barrier function. What makes this particular serum stand out for me is the addition of Triple Peptide and Triple Vitamin, which amplify its benefits, leaving my skin feeling plump, bright, and incredibly nourished. It integrates seamlessly into my routine, boosting my skin’s overall health and giving it that coveted glow. As with the others, its VEGAN formulation is a bonus. What truly makes these Seoul Edition serums special is their thoughtful formulation. They're not just limited edition in name; they offer unique combinations targeting common skin concerns while prioritizing gentleness. Finding products that are both effective and kind to sensitive skin can be a challenge, but Mary & May has truly excelled here. The fact that they are free of colorants and fragrances further solidifies their place in my routine. If you're looking to elevate your skincare with potent yet gentle ingredients, especially if you have dry or sensitive skin, these limited edition offerings from Mary & May are definitely worth exploring on ohmybeloved.com before they're gone!
