Things have gone on in 2026.# Dreams at 30+ +
It's almost the end of the first month of the year. Everyone normally says that the maja is always long. We feel the same way, but this year feels very fast. It's only coming to January 31, 2026.
Last year, we set a lot of goals, including small businesses like selling clothes, hanging out, paying debts, but we didn't accomplish anything, not unsuccessful, we didn't do it at all. We were thinking about not having enough money to spend, being lazy, not having any emotions, going through each month, living in the morning, working, eating, watching social, sleeping, looping, feeling bad for ourselves too.
But this year, 2026, we've reduced our goal to just three important things: writing fiction, starting a small business, selling clothes, and closing a small debt, but because there's one-way income, and the cost is still a lot, so long, and now we've started writing fiction! Even after just finishing one EP, it's not done yet. But we are very happy and happy to start doing what we intend to do and want to do. What are the goals that friends have to go on in 2026? Try to focus and do that. Don't have a big goal. Don't have to have a lot of goals. Start with a little something and try it. It will be difficult at the beginning because we may be lazy, tired of work, bored, but try to do it. Keep going. Put your goals on and when there is more momentum, we think that we will see the picture we put together. Fight for a dream to Not just a dream sleep anymore. Yay!!!
ในชีวิตจริง การตั้งเป้าหมายให้ชัดเจนและลงมือทำเป็นเรื่องที่ยากกว่าที่คิดมากค่ะ ปีที่ผ่านมา หลายๆ คนอาจเหมือนกันที่รู้สึกเหนื่อยล้าและท้อกับสิ่งที่อยากทำ เพราะบางครั้งเราก็ติดอยู่กับความคิดเรื่องเงิน รายจ่าย หรือความขี้เกียจ แต่เมื่อได้ลองลดจำนวนเป้าหมายเหลือแค่ 3 อย่างเหมือนในบทความนี้ มันทำให้เราสามารถโฟกัสและเดินหน้าทำได้จริงๆ ฉันเองเคยตั้งเป้าหมายไว้เยอะมากจนรู้สึกกดดัน จนไม่เริ่มทำอะไรสักอย่าง ปล่อยให้เวลาผ่านไปโดยเปล่าประโยชน์ แต่เมื่อฉันลองเลือกสิ่งที่สำคัญที่สุดและลงมือทำทีละขั้นตอน เช่น เริ่มเขียนนิยาย หรือทำธุรกิจเล็กๆ ฉันพบว่าความสุขและความสำเร็จเริ่มเข้ามาใกล้ตัวมากขึ้น ถึงแม้จะยังไม่สมบูรณ์แบบก็ทำให้รู้สึกภูมิใจและมีแรงผลักดันต่อ นอกจากนี้ การตั้งเป้าหมายเล็กๆ ที่ทำได้ในชีวิตประจำวัน เช่น การวางแผนใช้จ่ายอย่างมีสติหรือแบ่งเวลามาทำกิจกรรมที่ชอบ ก็เป็นสิ่งที่ทำให้ชีวิตมีความหมายขึ้นได้จริงๆค่ะ เราไม่ต้องรอให้ทุกอย่างพร้อม หรือเป้าหมายใหญ่สำเร็จอย่างรวดเร็ว แค่เริ่มทำก้าวเล็กๆ ก็เป็นจุดเริ่มต้นที่ดีในการไปให้ถึง "ความฝันในวัย 30" อย่างที่บทความนี้แนะนำ ถ้าใครกำลังรู้สึกเหนื่อยหรือหมดไฟ ลองตั้งเป้าหมายใหม่แบบง่ายๆ ดูค่ะ แล้วค่อยๆ ลงมือทำอย่างต่อเนื่อง แม้อาจจะมีขี้เกียจบ้าง หรือเหนื่อยกับงานที่ทำ แต่ถ้าเราข่มใจได้และเดินหน้าต่อไปเรื่อยๆ เราจะเริ่มเห็นภาพความสำเร็จและความสุขที่ชัดเจนขึ้นอย่างแน่นอน
