Be conscious.
5 ways to train awareness (practicable every day)
1. Breathe, feel
Everyone is already breathing, but if we "realize we're breathing," that's consciousness.
Breathe in. Feel yourself.
Exhale. Feel yourself.
Try it while walking, while driving, while working, or before bed.
Like bringing consciousness back to the present
2. Move slowly, consciously.
Pick up time, walk into the room, open the door, wash the dishes - try it slowly and feel how our bodies are moving.
You know, the mind is getting quieter. The heart is not flattered.
3. Use short words to direct the mind
For example, while walking, pray, "Grill left, roast right."
Or "Put-Tho" by the breath.
These words prevent the mind from escaping and returning consciousness.
4. Know your thoughts
When thinking too much, distracted or angry,
Just know, "Now we think," "Our hearts are heavy."
Don't stop thinking. Just know you're thinking.
It is also conscious.
5. Set your mind before speaking - before doing
Before answering the line, the phone, or saying something strong,
Stop for one second and ask yourself, "What are we doing? Why are we doing it?"
This is the beginning of consciousness.
🌼. The effect of consciousness.
When practicing often
• The heart will be quieter and not easily distracted.
• Knowing more emotionally, not being angry quickly
• Concentrate on work. Do whatever is quality.
• Life is peaceful and not lost.
