Remembrance
🪷 Remembrance... the heart of consciousness.
Many people have heard the word "conscious" but are not sure what to do.
In Buddhism, remembering is remembering and knowing what is happening in the body and mind.
It brings the mind back to the present instead of the past or the future.
💡 What is remembrance?
Remember, I mean,
• Remembering what we are doing
• And "aware" at the time.
For example,
• Walk, know that walking
• Being angry. You know being angry.
• Breathe, know that breathing
Don't try to make that go away. Just know the truth it is.
🌱 Why practice remembrance?
1. To wake up from obsession
The mind often thinks unconsciously, remembering will pull us back.
2. To not get caught up in emotions
When you are angry, sad, or distracted, the mood gradually weakens.
3. To truly live with the present
Valuable lives only happen in "now."
🧘♂️ A simple way to practice memory.
1. Use breath as a warning sign
Breathe in... know that.
Exhale... know that out
Do it anywhere. Don't wait for quiet.
2. Determine the movement
When you get up, walk, pick things up, know what you're doing.
Even lifting a spoon, you know we're lifting.
3. Instantly know the mood
When you feel angry, glad, excited, or worried, say in your heart,
"This is angry" or "This is worrying."
Knowing will weaken the mood.
4. Set a point of remembrance in everyday life
For example, every time you pick up a phone, you know you're picking it up.
Or before answering a message, take a deep breath.

การระลึกรู้เป็นแนวคิดสำคัญในทางพุทธศาสนา ซึ่งเกี่ยวข้องกับการนำจิตใจกลับมาสู่ปัจจุบันและตื่นรู้ในสิ่งที่กำลังเกิดขึ้นจริงในแต่ละขณะ แม้จะดูเหมือนเป็นเรื่องง่าย แต่วิธีฝึกระลึกรู้ต้องการความสม่ำเสมอและความตั้งใจจริงเพื่อสร้างนิสัยที่ดีในจิตใจ ในสมัยปัจจุบันที่โลกหมุนเร็วและเรามีสิ่งเร้ารอบตัวมากมาย การฝึกการระลึกรู้จึงมีประโยชน์มาก ช่วยให้เราหลีกเลี่ยงการจมอยู่ในความคิดซ้ำ ๆ หรืออารมณ์ที่รบกวนจิตใจ โดยการรู้ทันอารมณ์ เช่น การโกรธหรือความกังวล ทำให้เราสามารถรับมือกับความรู้สึกเหล่านั้นได้ดีขึ้นและปล่อยวางได้ง่ายขึ้น หนึ่งในวิธีที่แนะนำคือการใช้ลมหายใจเป็นตัวช่วยเตือนสติ เพราะลมหายใจเป็นกิจกรรมที่เกิดขึ้นตลอดเวลาและเข้าถึงง่าย ทำให้เราเชื่อมโยงจิตใจให้ตื่นรู้ในปัจจุบัน การสังเกตการเคลื่อนไหวของร่างกาย เช่น เดิน หยิบของ หรือกินข้าว โดยรู้ว่ากำลังทำอะไร ช่วยสร้างความเข้มแข็งให้กับสมาธิ นอกจากนี้การตั้งจุดระลึกในชีวิตประจำวัน เช่น ก่อนหยิบโทรศัพท์ หรือก่อนตอบข้อความ ช่วยให้เราระลึกรู้มากขึ้นและมีชีวิตที่มีจิตสำนึกไม่ประมาท การระลึกรู้ไม่ได้หมายความว่าเราจะต้องหลีกเลี่ยงอารมณ์ลบ ๆ แต่เป็นการยอมรับและรู้ตัวในอารมณ์เหล่านั้นอย่างจริงใจ ซึ่งจะช่วยให้อารมณ์อ่อนลงและใจสงบขึ้น ผลลัพธ์ของการฝึกระลึกรู้ที่ต่อเนื่องคือการพัฒนาจิตใจให้แข็งแรงขึ้น สามารถควบคุมความคิดและอารมณ์ได้ดีขึ้น เพิ่มสมาธิและการตัดสินใจที่ชัดเจนมากขึ้น ส่งผลให้การดำเนินชีวิตเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและมีความสุขมากยิ่งขึ้น ดังนั้น การระลึกรู้ไม่ใช่เพียงการฝึกสติเท่านั้น แต่เป็นการเปิดประตูสู่การมีชีวิตที่มีคุณค่า และเป็นบันไดที่นำไปสู่ความสงบสุขในใจอย่างแท้จริง.
