MINI TARGET HAUL
Random trip to target with my sister! It wasn’t until I took these pictures that I realized this is my first time going shopping and not getting a thing for my daughter 😲😲 Very shocking and I wasn’t sure how I felt about it at first. It was a mix between some mom guilt and some joy for putting myself first for once!
Funny enough, when I picked my 3 y/o up from daycare she said “I wanna go shopping” and she was able to pick out her own items 🤣🤣 At the end of the day, we all got to treat ourselves & no more mom guilt!!!
Shopping at Target can be a delightful experience, especially when you prioritize self-care. Many moms struggle with mom guilt, often feeling compelled to put their children's needs first. But it’s important to recognize that treating yourself every now and then can lead to a healthier, happier mindset. During my recent visit to Target, I was taken aback by my choice to focus on my personal needs rather than exclusively shopping for my daughter. Items like Dove products and essential washcloths became a part of my haul, alongside some fun treats. Moreover, hearing my daughter express her desire to shop for herself turned the experience even sweeter. Teaching children about balance—between taking care of themselves and their parents—is invaluable. Shopping together not only strengthens our bond but also allows us to enjoy little luxuries. So, if you're a busy mom, don’t hesitate to indulge in your own shopping sprees. Embrace moments that prioritize your happiness and well-being!

How is the ice cream?? I always wanted to try that flavor.
