Protective hairstyles like loose braids or buns can shield hair from environmental factors such as humidity and wind that exacerbate frizz. On a daily basis, using anti-frizz serums containing ingredients like argan oil or silicones can smooth strands and offer a polished look. In my journey, patience and consistency were key. It can take some time for hair to improve with the right regimen, but by focusing on hydration, minimizing damage, and protecting the hair, frizz on the top of the head becomes much less noticeable and easier to manage.
