Let’s make a sourdough pumpkin loaf! Recipe ⬇️ Thanks @gigi for the inspiration. Idk why the thought of weighing anything makes me mad but it does so I will give you my measurements!

Dough:

1 C water

3/4 C pumpkin puree

3/4 C active starter

1/3 C maple syrup

4 C flour

Salt (measured with these eyeballs so no clue😅)

Inclusions:

3/4 C sugar

1 tbs cinnamon

1/3 tsp ginger

1/4 tsp all spice

1/4 tsp nutmeg

Mix all ingredients for dough

4 stretch and folds

Sit 4-6 hrs

Add inclusions

Refrigerator overnight

@450 for 30 minutes then remove lid for another 20 minutes or until 200 degrees.
