Korean BBQ Chicken 🍗
- 2 lbs Chicken Thighs, Boneless Skinless
- 1.5 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Paste
- 1 Tbsp Ginger Paste
- 2 Tbsp Gochujang Paste
- 1 Tbsp Sriracha
- 1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
- 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
Bake or air fry for 16-18mins at
200C / 400F
Cucumber Salad 🥒
- 2 Medium Cucumbers (thinly sliced)
- 1 Tsp. Salt
- 1 Tsp Fresh Garlic
- 1 Tbsp Gochujang
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 2 Tsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
- 1 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
Mix and store in refrigerator until ready to eat.
Serve chicken and cucumber salad with a side of Basmati rice and sliced avocado 🥑
