Replying to @Vile Wretch there is so much healing to do but if you resonate with this it’s for a reason✨ so many women are waking up and reconnecting to themselves, their cycles, and the earth. That is potent medicine and healing for all.

... Read moreOver the past few years, I have noticed a growing movement of women embracing their natural cycles as a source of healing and empowerment. This journey often begins with reconnecting not only with their menstrual rhythms but also with the seasons and Earth's natural cycles. It's a form of self-care that goes beyond the physical, touching emotional and spiritual well-being. For me personally, tuning into my cycle has transformed how I manage my energy throughout the month. I’ve learned to honor times of rest and reflection during menstruation, lean into creative bursts during ovulation, and recognize when I need grounding during the luteal phase. This awareness brings a profound sense of balance and reduces the internal conflicts I used to experience by trying to operate at full speed all the time. Connecting to the earth also deepens this healing. Spending time in nature, observing the changes in seasons, feeling the soil, or even caring for plants has helped me feel anchored and supported. Viewing ourselves as part of nature—acknowledging that our DNA is made of the same elements as the earth—creates a humbling and healing perspective. Many indigenous cultures have long understood this intrinsic connection, living in harmony with the land, cycles, and community. They teach us the importance of stewardship and reciprocity with the environment, values that resonate with the current collective awakening many of us are experiencing. It’s inspiring to see more women and communities embracing this reawakening, sharing stories, rituals, and practices that honor the feminine and natural wisdom. Whether it's through mindful moon rituals, seasonal celebrations, or simply slowing down to listen to our bodies, these practices restore a sense of belonging and spiritual nourishment. If this message speaks to you, I encourage exploring ways to reconnect—perhaps starting with tracking your cycle, spending mindful time outdoors, or learning about indigenous earth-based traditions. This reconnection is a potent medicine, bringing healing not only to individuals but to our collective relationship with the planet and ourselves.
